Brandon DiBernardo is a technology and media entrepreneur who has been involved in ventures ranging from high-definition Internet video to web publications. He is the founder of Nyla Interactive, a startup focused on research and development in interactive media technologies. Brandon enjoys spending his time thinking creatively to conceptualize new ideas that promise to improve the way people live and work, and he has made an unwavering dedication to reducing social inequity. While Brandon is primarily focused on ideas that will further the consolidation of technology with media and entertainment and at the same time improve content production and delivery, he is also active in research pertaining to various emerging ideas and sectors of industry, including biotechnology, cloud computing and software as a service, mobile computing, nanotechnology, and robotics. Brandon was born and raised in Northern Virginia and currently resides in California. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and studying law and philosophy. CFO & Vice President

Dave Brooks serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Nyla Interactive, and also serves on its Board of Directors. Dave graduated from California State University Long Beach, and has worked in the tax departments of Coopers & Lybrand, KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young for approximately ten years, before moving to the tax department of Moss Adams LLP for approximately two years. During his employment with these public accounting firms, Dave’s duties were to provide tax consulting and compliance services to a wide variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing and real estate. For the past six years, Dave has been the proprietor of a bookkeeping and tax practice located in Orange County, California, providing bookkeeping, tax and business consulting services to small entrepreneurial business and individuals. Dave has also been a Charter Member of the Business Forum.

Henry Chung is an entrepreneur and is currently running a family business which operates in the automotive aftermarket industry and the hospitality industry. Henry has invested in commercial real estate for over fifteen years and he has been an early-stage investor in companies like LegalZoom.com and Shoedazzle.com. He is a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall, the University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Henry has previously worked in management and analytical roles at companies including Emerald Solutions, KPMG Consulting, Standard & Poor’s, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group and Mercer Management Consulting. In his spare time, Henry serves on the Board of Trustees at the Harbor Day School in Corona del Mar, CA; Henry lives in Newport Coast, CA with his wife, Lillian, and their two children, Connor and Darcy.
